			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Snoring is a common phenomenon, especially among those aged 60 years and over. Many factors cause snoring, ranging from nasal congestion, enlarged tonsils until cysts. However, a common cause snoring middle-aged men are the throat membrane from sagging and widened.</p>
<p>Easy for us to understand why the snoring associated with age. Along with age, we begin to experience some relaxation of the muscles and fat deposition. One of the favorite places to store fat and muscles begin to relax the throat. When the muscles and fleshy tissues in the throat relax and widen, this could "collapse" and obstruct the airway partially.</p>
<p><strong>In order not snoring again</strong></p>

<p><strong>Material :</strong><br />
- 2 tablespoons honey original<br />
- 2 segment turmeric or saffron</p>
<p>Processing :<br />
- Turmeric grated, then squeezed the water.<br />
- Combine with the original honey, and mix well.<br />
- Drink this concoction every day for a week.<br />
- When the snoring habits / snoring is gone, then just once a week if it wants to.</p>

<p><strong>What is "snoring"?</strong></p>
<p>"Snoring" is partially or completely closing the base of the throat by the tongue and <span> </span>or soft palate (the Javanese call inthil-inthil, part of which seemed to hang like boxing-glove on the inside when we open our mouths and on the mirror).</p>
<p>Closing some holes throat causing unpleasant voice heard, or been called snoring. If the hole throat closed, we might run out of breath for ourselves. This is called sleep apnea, severe version of the snoring, with signs of a sudden there was no sound of "snoring" as before. In a dangerous level, if sleep apnea is happening for a long time will cause a person can not breathe. <p>Base of the tongue and soft palate to fall, how come?</p>
<p>Actually, the tongue muscles and soft palate, including the strong muscles in our bodies, given the role to form the vocal. But, we lost consciousness during sleep. This means loss of control over those muscles. So there was snoring.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">However snoring is more common in people who are fat, you know. Why can? Because many parts of her body was almost covered fat, so that the inner circumference of the throat can also be easily pressed by fat, which means that the fat person is more apt to occur constriction.</p>
<p><strong>So, how do I cure the snoring?</strong></p>
<p>The easiest way to remove snoring is "<strong>postural training</strong>". That is properly positioned our bodies, so minimize the possibility of clogging the throat by the tongue or soft palate of our own. you can sleep lying on my side, or our throat positioned parallel to the oral cavity. It is like putting a tennis ball pipe on the back of our necks. So that we would look up to minimize the possibility of the collapse of the tongue to the throat.</p>
<p>Including maintaining good habits, namely by <strong>not smoking and exercise</strong> enough. This will make our body more fit, so that our bodies still have enough muscle control to maintain the base of the tongue and soft palate.</p>
