Snoring and how to cure easily?

Every person does not want to "snoring". Of course, all people do not like even embarrassed when she found out "snoring". In fact, somebody maybe off to get married after knowing the candidate's wife had a habit of "snoring" in his sleep. This is not about love or not. What is "snoring"?

Base of the tongue and soft palate to fall, how come?

Actually, the tongue muscles and soft palate, including the strong muscles in our bodies, given the role to form the vocal. But, we lost consciousness during sleep. This means loss of control over those muscles. So there was snoring.

However snoring is more common in people who are fat, you know. Why can? Because many parts of her body was almost covered fat, so that the inner circumference of the throat can also be easily pressed by fat, which means that the fat person is more apt to occur constriction.

So, how do I cure the snoring?

The easiest way to remove snoring is "postural training". That is properly positioned our bodies, so minimize the possibility of clogging the throat by the tongue or soft palate of our own. you can sleep lying on my side, or our throat positioned parallel to the oral cavity. It is like putting a tennis ball pipe on the back of our necks. So that we would look up to minimize the possibility of the collapse of the tongue to the throat.

Including maintaining good habits, namely by not smoking and exercise enough. This will make our body more fit, so that our bodies still have enough muscle control to maintain the base of the tongue and soft palate.
